Tuesday:

Carousel is a hybrid project that combines restaurant and pop-up venue for temporary cafes where regularly gather young and ambitious cooks from all over the world

We will meet with the owners of Carousel and discuss the business-model of gastro-hubs

Today we dedicate our time to City and hipster district Shoreditch

We do not remain on one place but have a walking seminar accompanied by the best Shoreditch and street-art guide Konstantin Pinayev!

We will start from the breakfast in City, continue our tour through the most legendary gastronomic venue Borough Market, have simultaneous lunch and meeting in the most fashionable place of the year- Taqueria El Pastor. We will talk with the owners of taqueria about the penetration of ethnic Mexican cuisine with non-local produce into the premises of  megapolis

Taqueria El Pastor is a buzzing Mexican spot, where customers are once and for all persuaded that the South-American cuisine is not only tortilla and guacamole. The name of taqueria reminds the owners their native tacos al pastor that they have implemented in London

We are heading to Shoreditch district where we embark our tour on new reorganized gastronomic venue Kitchens on the Spitalfields market. Afterwards, we proceed to street-art tour and then meet with the Box Park management
