In 2012 Mark became the marketing director of Pret-a-Manger, one of the strongest fast casual brands in the world.
For 4 years he was responsible for marketing and creative work for more than 400 fast casual shops in the UK, USA, France and Asia. The global turnover of Pret-a-Manger now exceeds £ 700 million, the brand was recently recognized as the “Brand of the Year”. Today he works on the board of Pret-a-Manger Palmer and combines with advisory work on premium brands FMCG.
