From January 22nd to 30th, a hands-on intensive training by Food and Success visited the World’s best chefs in Barcelona.

 

For the first time ever, Disfrutar*2 Michelin restaurant invited anyone in their kitchen for a master-class, and that was available for Food and Success educational program participants only. The master-class had been carried out by the chefs and owners Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch who taught the techniques and recipes from the current menu. Disfrutar is #18 in the list of the 50 Best Restaurants Award 2018.

 

For the first time in its lifetime, Tickets*1 Michelin restaurant invited our participants to its kitchen and the personal lab-study of Albert Adria at Enigma restaurant. The restaurant’s leading chef held a master-class on avant-garde cuisine and serving. Tickets is #32 in the list of the 50 Best Restaurants Award 2018.

 

Paco Mendez shared his technical secrets and recipes of contemporary Mexican cuisine at his el Nino Viejo/Hoja Santa*1 Michelin restaurants.

 

Genius chef Javi Estevez held a master-class on working with offal from nose to tail in the kitchen of his La Tasqueria * 1 Michelin restaurant.

 

The participants had learned How the Chef Runs the Kitchen from Michel Gradeler, the manager of El Nacional, the grand gastronomic project serving 3000 persons per day.
